Hi. I have and use Quicken for 2009. Never have problem until I subscribe and update a new one almost 2 years ago. I have several accounts to transfer here and there (none of them connected to any bank account online). I've been trying to add new account the past 6 months, it kept blink and does nothing. I send a help request to quicken support. Nobody can reach out and contact me. This is getting frustrating. Need Help.

     Btw, I finally got through Customer Service, Carlos helped fast within 5min.  Basically it was because I was not login properly. So I shared my screen with him, he guided me through it. I logged out and logged back in, and add an account, and it worked!! Halleluyah!! [Edited - Readability]
