How can I make QuickPay work with 2-factor authentication?

Each of my QuickPay requests is rejected because the biller (State Farm) requires a one-time verification code. I entered the code when I set up the QuickPay bill, but it comes back "Failed" after it tries to pay.
This can get costly in late fees.
To experiment, I turned off 2FA. Even though it was turned off, Quicken still required me to enter an authentication code for the biller. We shall see tomorrow...

I was able to get the bill paid after turning off 2 factor authentication. I still have not been able to successfully pay a bill on QuickPay with 2FA turned on.0
