Help->Contact Support->Log Files; Shows Navigation to webpage cancelled

Can't look at log files. Appears to bring up an internal browser with title bar 'Navigation Canceled' (spelled wrong, sic) with the content 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' (again spelled wrong).  Clicking 'Full browser' says this site can't be reached and appears to go to url http://qw.exe/qw?bgt=CustCare.pnf

How do I get to the log files?
