Help->Contact Support->Log Files; Shows Navigation to webpage cancelled

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Can't look at log files. Appears to bring up an internal browser with title bar 'Navigation Canceled' (spelled wrong, sic) with the content 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' (again spelled wrong). Clicking 'Full browser' says this site can't be reached and appears to go to url http://qw.exe/qw?bgt=CustCare.pnf
How do I get to the log files?

ok, canceled is spelled correctly. Either form is acceptable.0

The last Quicken software update may not have worked correctly.
Even if you are on the latest software level already, download and install the latest Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.

Close Quicken and delete the folder C:\Program Data\Quicken\Cache. Then restart Quicken and this should work again.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
