Can't look at log files. Appears to bring up an internal browser with title bar 'Navigation Canceled' (spelled wrong, sic) with the content 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' (again spelled wrong). Clicking 'Full browser' says this site can't be reached and appears to go to url http://qw.exe/qw?bgt=CustCare.pnf

How do I get to the log files?

ok, canceled is spelled correctly. Either form is acceptable.

The last Quicken software update may not have worked correctly.
Even if you are on the latest software level already, download and install the latest Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.

@UKR Tried your suggestion. Same problem.

Close Quicken and delete the folder C:\Program Data\Quicken\Cache. Then restart Quicken and this should work again.

@Rocket J Squirrel Thanks that did the trick. Now I can figure out what's going on with my other problem.
