More TIAA issues

I have a TIAA retirement account that I last updated on 12/30/22. The 4 accounts will no longer connect. Can get connected with what I know is the right password / name.
I should add the downloads have never been as complete as other IRA accounts.
Is this a TIAA or Quicken issue?
