I have two credit cards issued from the same credit card company. I use the same login for both cards. Is there a way to build both of the cards in Quickn for Windows?

I don't know what you mean by "build". You can easily set up 2 cards for downloads under 1 login. Just do Tools > Add Account, specify the card company, and follow the process to sign in. Quicken will find both cards under those credentials.
