USAA- Institution Login Error

Error Code: (QCS-0429-2 |CC-929) BID=67811

Wasted several hours with USAA technical support and also with Quicken Support and still unable to resolve the issue. I was told that it was escalated to level 3 support - whatever that means.

USAA instructed me to go to www.usaa.com/accessid to obtain access code and access pin, even though it seems to link the checking account and credit card it actually doesn't download transactions and I still continue to receive the error code above.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I was able to download transaction without any issues about a month ago.
Using Mac Version 12.6.2 macOS Monterey
