How often do transactions update?

I'm new to Quicken and was curious how often transactions are automatically updated? For example, the last transaction showing is January 14... but today is January 17. I've "refreshed" the account several times and my accounts seem to be connected.

    Transactions in Q (Mac or Win) are updated when you either Download from your bank/card/etc OR when you input them manually.
    NOTE that Monday was a bank holiday, so few banks/cards/etc did any updates over the weekend or on Monday.
