Projected bills and income need to show as actuals in my budget

I recently moved from Quicken for Windows, just finished last years budget on my Mac. I am creating a budget for 2023. In the past, my projected bills and projected income would show up as actuals in my budget. That helped me determine how much to budget for each line item. In the budget that I just created, by making a duplicate of my 2022 budget, those projected bills and income do not show up in the "actual" column. How do I make that happen?
