Cannot connect to AudiUSA to view my auto loan

Hi, I have a auto loan from AudiUSA and when I try to connect Quicken with AudiUSA, it never works. Also sent the report to the support team, please fix it thanks!

From what I can see, the problem appears to be on Audi's end. When I tried using the link that's in their entry in FIDIR.TXT, I got to a "Session Expired" error page.
Audi USA needs to provide an accurate URL to Quicken. Q can't fix this.

@NotACPA I tried again today and got a different error, seems like it's because of the Quicken? Please see the error below

Contact Q Support via the link at the top of this page. They need to look into the matter. I couldn't find any other reference to that error code.
And, any "script errors" need to be corrected by escalation to the Q/Intuit Script team.
