Chase Bank Online Balance Downloaded

I have noticed that over the past couple of months that the online balance that is downloaded from my Chase bank checking account includes pending transactions. Because of this, I cannot reconcile the account until all transactions have been cleared and downloaded. Anyone else having this issue?

Unfortunately, given the nature of this issue, it will be necessary to reach out to Quicken Support. You can do this with the information provided in this link. They will need to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater details with the resources and tools uniquely available to them. I wish that I could provide a resolution from the Quicken Community, but this represents the next necessary step in addressing this issue.

Vincent, did you ever get this resolved? This has been going on for me since October. I have yet to get anything to reconcile this month for my Chase accounts. I've left several messages over the months with Quicken support all to no avail.
This is ridiculous. They have to know what is causing this issue by now, yet no fix.0
