I schedule once a month payments in BillPay and Quicken lists them as twice a month, am I the only

All the "Twice A Month" entries are Once A Month at my bank but Quicken lists them like this starting a few updates ago (sorry can't remember exactly when)

Judging by your screenshot, you're using Quicken for Windows, not Quicken for Mac. 

I flagged this so the mods should update so that you get better visibility.
