EWC requires me to sign out & resign in to work

For the last several weeks when I attempt to do a one step update, my 2 accounts that still use Direct Connect work as they always did. However, my to EWC accounts BofA & Chase, either time out, indicate they completed the update without showing the cleared transactions. The only way I can get them to update my accounts is to sign out of Quicken then resign in again and then run the update. The next day I have to repeat the process.

    J278 - what version of WINDOWS are you using and have you called Support?

    Windows 11 and no I haven't called support
