Fixed the problem by reverting to release 45.13 Mondo available on web site https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-subscription-patches.html

    The problem seems to impact releases R46.12 and R46.9. I did not have access to release R45.21 so I cannot assert whether the issue affects that release as well.

    Thank you for this update. I had this same exact situation and went back to 45.13 and my lines 11-20 are all back :)
