Ever since updated to version Quicken R46.12 all data is missing..how to fix?

Before updating to this revision my data file was fine and quicken worked fine. After the update accounts are gone, all data is gone. When I tried to go back to a previous backup same thing still happens even though I know that backup contained my current data. Is this possibly a R46.12 problem??
