Home Pages Won't Modify

Since Quicken added the dashboard, the gear on my Dashboard, as well as the one on the Main window (the only one I had) from before the change, has Just sat there looking at me whenever I click it. I have searched in vain for a toggle in Edit/Preferences to fix this.

    Please try enabling View / Classic Menus.
    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
