CC-502 Error connecting to Tri Counties Bank

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Tri Counties Bank recently updated their website and since then I have been unable to connect using Quicken to download transactions. Login and password information is current in Quicken.

If you haven't already, please take a moment to review and follow this error-specific support article regarding error CC-502.
As stated in the article, if the error persists after 24 hours or more, you will need to contact Quicken Support via phone or chat. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation if they see fit.
