Continued problems downloading transactions since last quicken update

I am having trouble downloading transaction with Navy Federal and Citi Bank since the last update. The connection process just freezes and goes the program not responding screen and stays there. I ultimately end up having to kill the program. I'm on version R46.12 and build 27.1.46.12
