Thank you for inquiring about the Paycheck Wizard here on the Quicken Community.

Are you trying to create an Income Reminder? You should be able to open the Paycheck Wizard through the steps listed below:

From the Tools menu select Manage Bills & Income Reminders.
On the Bills and Income Reminders screen, select Add menu → Income Reminder.
At the bottom of the Add Reminder screen, select Paycheck Setup Wizard.

In the top ,emu bar - select Bills > Add Reminder > Paycheck Reminder
