Quicken Connect and downloaded transactions

I've been having a problem with this for the **last year**. When I use Quicken Connect (QC) to download my transactions from Wells Fargo, all the clear dates are incremented (increased) by one day. The bank says something cleared my account on, say, January 1, and Quicken says it cleared my account on January 2. Every single transaction. This makes it impossible to adequately reorder the transactions with click and drag, since I can't drag something out of date order. If an item - like a service charge - cleared the bank on December 31, QC will say it cleared January 1. If my statement cycles on December 31, this is a problem. If I try to change the date in the transaction so it will show up in the correct month so I can reconcile, that doesn't work. I have to delete the transaction in January and manually re-enter in December.
BUT, if I forgo Quicken Connect and just use Web Connect, it works JUST FINE.
I've disconnected and reconnected from QC several times. It doesn't fix it. I've sent Quicken my complaint and sanitized file several times. It's still not fixed.
This is a basic function of personal finance software, and Quicken can't do it.

@TJennings
We are sorry about this issue with cleared transaction dates being changed. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.If you have the chance, it would help us to troubleshoot the situation if you could save a backup by going to File > Save a Backup... in the upper menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open and then create a new 'test' data file by following the steps listed below:
- Navigate to File
- Select New
- Select Start from scratch
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Choose Don't use Quicken Mobile & Web
- Click Next
You may then add your Wells Fargo-affiliated account(s) in the newly created data file by by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu in the upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the upper central-left hand side denoted by the '+' symbol then choosing your financial institution and entering your credentials as prompted. I am curious whether or not these issues continue in this data file.
Let us know about your results.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared0
