"Credit Score verification link has failed"

Trying to get a credit report through Quicken (software, not loans) and when it sends me a link on my cell phone, and I click the link, then go back to Quicken, it says the verification has failed. I have tried several times.

Any ideas?

Thanks Anja. I tried again this morning and the entire service looked to be down. So it looks like it might be a known issue.
