It's all gone!! (Q Mac)

I downloaded the new version 6.11.3 then downloaded my transactions and spent all the next 2 days categorizing them. The next time I opened, it was all gone! I had to re-download transactions for all accounts. Some dates were missing. It a big mess! I waited 2 hours on the phone to connect with support. Nothing but music - no person. [Removed - Rant]

Your data might not be gone, Quicken might just have lost track of the file. The default location for Quicken files is in your home directory under Library/Application Support/Quicken/Documents, so take a look in there & see if there's a file with your missing data in it. You might also find a backup file with your data in Library/Application Support/Quicken/Backups/Automatic Backups.1
