Why are my Reminder Edits not saving?

I have edited several reminders for the month of February - each time I edit them, I backup my file, close Quicken, and relaunch the next day. The next day, I login, download updates, code the new transactions, my file freezes, I relaunch, and all of the Reminder Edits are lost (they revert back to the original Reminder Settings). This has happened four days in a row. Is this a glitch in the latest update?

    These amounts are not linked to Billers - I manually enter the amounts. It is only affecting debits (not credits) in my system.
