Adding Bank of America (BAC) stock symbol fails

Quicken Deluxe - Windows - R46.12

The stock symbol BAC was somehow removed for by stock symbol list. I tried adding the stock symbol, quicken shown it found it, but after clicking add it never gets added.

How can I get Quicken to add BAC stock symbol?

    Make sure in the security list (ctrl-y) that hidden securities are shown. You probably already have that security.
