Can someone help me to find my most recent quicken file which I didn't save but made many entries

I was using quicken and had made several entries, when power went off, I didnt have time to save my work. would it be stored in my desktop even though i didn't save it?

Quicken saves the data as it goes. Meaning that when entering a transaction, it is saved when when hear the ka-ching sound.
Your data file should be okay.
Start Quicken as normal, that will be the most recently used data file, hopefully everything will be there. If not, I hope you make backups routinely and have a very recent one to restore.
