IRA Rollover displays as IRA Federal Tax Withheld in the Tax Schedule Report

I made a rollover from my 401K to an IRA Savings account at my CU which sadly was deposited first to a std savings account then transferred to the IRA Savings account.
Now this transfer from my 401K to the std savings is displayed as an income tax payment under IRA Federal Tax Withheld in the Quicken Tax Schedule Report.
How can I change that?
