How do you bill maintenance to your rental property tenants. Seems like you have to create a seperate business to send invoices and receive the payment into rental income. Will Quicken every offer an option like payments in Quickbooks? Receiving physical checks via USPS for rent is outdated and prone to lost payments. A standard payment processor is not a solution as lease contracts are set based on cash payment and not a 3.x% payment charge.
