Linked transactions (Q Mac)

Greetings. Long time Quicken Mac user: Quicken 6.11.3, iMac OS 12.6.3 (Monterey). For years, linked categories worked perfectly: downloaded checking account (Chase) transfers to pay my Visa card no longer show up as transfers to Visa (also a Chase account). A credit shows on Visa from the automatic download, but shows mistaken source. When I go to checking and correct the outgoing transfer to Visa, with the correct amount already credited on Visa, it goes in as a new transaction. I have to delete the automated download version from Visa and keep the manual one, otherwise it shows two credits in the same amount.

Somewhere along the line, did I unintentionally change a setting I can modify?
