Hello, Help is needed. I have data in a file on my hard drive and it was converted by Best Buy Geek Squad.. they showed me how to uploaded before leaving the store I fell broke ribs and cannot remember how to retrieve and down load it ... can anyone help?

Geek Squad that I pay for each year has been no help. Thank you in advance, for any help that can be offered.
