cc-502 errors with citi cards to update card transactions.

Still cc-502 errors with citi cards when attempting to update card transactions. It was a huge issue/topic in the community since last summer. What is the update of resolution of this issue? I went to Citi.com and Manage Desktop Apps to verify, but how should I verify? I selected Update Now in the Grear Icon. The time (10 minutes) was expired. Could someone explain how to download transactions from Citi website to export into Quicken? Or did anyone deactivate and activate the account? If you did, was it successful?
