    Quicken does not have a newsletter for Canada. I've complained about this to the Office of the President several times. In many respect Quicken ignores its Canadian customers. Even the marketing information for the Canadian product is incorrect; the marketing information for the Canadian version of Quicken lists the features of the US version of Quicken.

    I encourage you to submit a complaint on this matter to Quicken.

    It's also incredibly ironic that Quicken is promoting using transaction attachments in its current newsletter. That feature has a bug that Quicken can't seem to solve that is causing Quicken to take up to 20 minutes to add a single transaction attachment. I've demonstrated the issue to Quicken support and proved that it is a problem with Quicken - not my data file. It is ironic that they are promoting a feature that is presently severely broken to the point of being unusable. Quicken is giving my Ctrl-Alt-Del key combo a workout these days.
