QUICKEN Home, Business & Rental Property - Data Entry VERY VERY SLOW

Well the slowness with transaction entry, bank downloads, etc. has been going on for a while and no resolution. I RESOLVED BY: Creating a new Quicken Account and did a balance forward for all my account, reentered required rental information. This took me a good day. Now Quicken is working better than before. BUT, the issues still are not resolved.
