How to fix Online Payee not recognized in Write Checks.

When I select an Online Payee in the Write Checks window, a window pops ups wanting me to fill in all the information(address, etc). But if I go to the Online Payee List and either select Use or Pay, everything works fine. It's also correct in Memorized Payee List. Just started doing this the last month or so. Is there a way to fix it. Thanks.
