Coinbase connection giving wrong balance + no details

Hi, i setup the coinbase transaction by creating the API key in coinbase (selecting all the read functions), then added the API key + secret phrase to quicken to establish connection.

However it doesn't seem to be working properly
1) The total balance shown in quicken is drastically different than what's in coinbase, I have no idea where quicken is getting its balance value from.
2) I dont see any break down of the assets owned, ie bitcoin, etherium etc.. all it shows is 1 line item called "cash" with value equal to the incorrect balance.

Does anyone know how to make coinbase work with quicken? I tried recreating the api multiple times as well as the quicken connection, but getting same behavior. Thanks
