Quicken Mac problem downloading updated data

Receiving error message when trying to update accounts with download. Despite several attempts to reconnect and inserting bank username and password, login seems to work each time but then returns same error message on connectivity status.

    If you're having a problem connecting to your bank, you need to specify which bank and what connection method you're using (Direct Connect or Quicken Connect).
