Why is my deposit column in my register blank after posting a new deposit

I have been adding deposits but they are not appearing in the deposit column.

    Be sure to click on the cell in the deposit column. Screen shot attached.

    Resolved with agent. No clear why, but I had to click on the date column and then the deposits I made appeared!?

    Not so weird. If the register is accidentally sorted by some random field like Category or Memo, a new transaction is likely to instantly sort off the top of the screen. Sorting by Date puts the new transaction where it belongs.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.
