For the past week or two, I repeatedly get an institutional login error. Error Code : (QCS-0429-2)| CC-929) BID=67811. Try and try. Sometimes it works. Most times it does not. The notice says "to resolve issue please contact Quicken Support". How to correct?

I am not trying to add an account. I am trying to obtain activity to an existing account. And, how can I sign back in under a different user name? I only have one user name.0
