    I am having trouble entering new Payees to my Pacific Western Bank account that I just added to Quicken. I have another account at a different bank that still works fine. Any ideas or help?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly are the issues that you are experiencing with payees? Are you receiving any error messages or codes? What is your connection method with Pacific Western Bank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
