Quicken Membership does not expired until July 2024 but when trying to use One step update or trying to export transactions from my bank account i get an error mes

I suggest you go to
Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Account > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to sign out > when prompted to sign in, use your current Quicken ID and Quicken PW
.
The go to
Help > About Quicken.
Does it now display the correct expiration date?
