Error message - Your Membership has expired, Please renew membership

Quicken Membership does not expired until July 2024 but when trying to use One step update or trying to export transactions from my bank account i get an error mes

    I suggest you go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Account > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to sign out > when prompted to sign in, use your current Quicken ID and Quicken PW.
    The go to Help > About Quicken.  Does it now display the correct expiration date?
