Fidelity Visa card issue resolved

I had an issue for a few weeks with Quicken not connecting to my Fidelity Visa credit card. I saw that others had the same issue. I was on with tech support for over an hour and it was finally fixed.

1. You need to log into the Fidelity Rewards website - not just your regular Fidelity Count. You will need to sign up for IDShield which is just additional security questions.
2. The tech told me that they had some issues with special characters. The @ and ! worked but $ did not.... so I had to change my password.

Now, Quicken is working just fine. Many thanks to Quicken tech support for the help!
