Cannot login to Quicken Desktop

Hello everyone!
Would appreciate your help in logging in to the program. I reinstalled windows and reinstalled quicken. It accepts the email, password and the 6digit code that I receive via email, but every time I end up on the "Oops, something went wrong" page. I am easily logging in to the website..

Help!!!!

    Upon reviewing your account here internally, we are seeing an internal error occur each time you attempt to log in.
