missing fund price

Hi, after using Quicken successfully to track multiple 401k accounts for more than a year, this past week I experienced an error connecting to Alight solutions, and then when I retried, it returned $0 as the share price for all 5 investments in my 401k managed with them. 2 days later I tried again and 4 out of the 5 updated successfully, but one is still 0. The fund is the Dodge and Cox Stock Fund (no ticker, the price comes directly from Alight). How do I get this fixed?
