Date of 01/01/1900 while reconciling

I tried to reconcile my personal checking and am unable to do so due to a disk error. It seems there is a date of 01/01/1900 which is causing the error message. I tried searching support and this community with no luck for a solution. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Are you using Quicken on the Web to try to reconcile your account register?IMHO, it would be better to use your Quicken for Windows or Mac software to perform this reconcile process.If you are using Quicken for Windows, it would be best to perform a File Validation, to eliminate this broken transaction.0
Thank you. I just now figured out what was wrong. Quicken updated and once I closed it and re-opened the problem was resolved.0
