How do I correct putting transactions into the wrong quicken bank account

You can simply click and drag them to the correct account in the left sidebar. When there's more than one to move, you can Command-Click each of them (or Shift-Click if it's a contiguous group of them), and then drag all the highlighted transactions to the correct account in the sidebar.
