One of my banking accounts went strangely missing. How can I recover a single account, not the entire Quicken file from a backup?

QIF exports/imports are challenging ... but you can Google IMPORTQIF

Hello NotACPA: I hear you but there should be a way. If I can export to an Excel spreadsheet then I should be able to import from Excel to Quicken files.0

Thanks. I restored from my last backup where that account appeared and manually re-entered missing trans forward. A pain but not impossible.1
