How to convert Liability Account to Loan?

Somehow all my loan accounts got converted to liability accounts. I'd like to switch these back to loan accounts, but I don't see anyway to do that on Quicken Deluxe version R47.15. Is there a way to do this?
Both of these posts are in the Mac forum, but they indicate there should be a button to convert a liability account to a loan account. I've had no luck finding it in the windows version.

The Account Type of an existing account register cannot be changed in Quicken for Windows.
If your accounts are connected to the bank for transaction downloading try deactivating them.
If that does not work you may have to create new account registers as offline (not connected to the bank) mortgage accounts as of the next payment due, with correct number of remaining payments, balance, etc. Once created, edit the new register's Opening Balance transaction and make it a transfer from the old register, to set the old register's balance to $0.00
Maintain these new accounts as offline accounts for the duration of the loan.1 -
Thanks for the response. The accounts were already offline accounts. It's interesting that the Mac version provides a button to change this, but the windows version doesn't. I was hoping for a better alternative than recreating all the accounts.0
