I have being out of the country Since Oct. 2022 and have the same problem. I bought a new desktop Window 11 Pro and was never able to install quicken. I use ESET Nod 32 and I added quicken in firewall exceptions. I tried various Nord VPN location and none doesn't seem to work. I don't have access to telephone call to USA. Appreciate if anyone can help.0

To be clear, are you able to operate the software normally once you have disabled your Virtual Private Network?
