Invalid Credentials in Log in - SOLVED

If your primary language in windows is not English - United States, so you have a problem with no unicode program. Two steps to solve:
1- Go to Panel Control, Region, Administrative form, change the system localization to English (United States).
2- Go to Configurations, Time and language, then language and region, change your Country to United States.
Restart the computer and try to log in the web site, if you are able to log in the site, you will log in the software.
