401K data from Vanguard and Empower Retirement not downloading

Have successfully linked my 401K accounts from both Vanguard and Empower Retirement with Quicken Premier. I can even see the correct balance in the popup window when Quicken asks me to confirm the account. But in the Quicken dashboard, it shows $0 balance and zero holdings.

    did you complete a one step update?

    Currently, Empower is having an issue and you won't be able to download transactions; this has been going on since late November.

    Vanguard shouldn't be a problem

    I'm having the same problem with a Vanguard 401k. No transactions have been downloaded, and the balance/market value remains at $0. None of the holdings are showing up either. Refreshing doesn't seem to do anything.
