Citicards credit card transactions won't download

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I reset password recently, but I've already tried the Reset Account function. It looks like it downloading transactions, but then it says zero transactions in the One Step Update Summary. I also can't find the 1800 customer service number anywhere.

Actually, before I posted this, I tried again. And even though it said zero transactions downloaded, there were new transactions there. So never mind.0
