You can't just copy the Quicken folder to the C:\Program Files (x86) folder and run Quicken. Quicken needs to be installed from a CD or by running the Quicken installation executable. If you don't have either, you won't be able to run Quicken. You might be able to use a program like Zinstall to move your current version but I've never used it.
