How do I move my Quicken Home and Business for Windows 2017 program to a new computer?

I have used Quicken 2017 for years to track the financials of a non-profit. I have just purchased a new computer and need to move the Quicken program over from my old one. I believe that I have successfully moved the data files and it appears that I have been able to move the program files into a Quicken folder in Program Files (x86) as well. I am not a technical person, so I don't know what to do next. How do I bring the Quicken program to life on my new computer?

You can't just copy the Quicken folder to the C:\Program Files (x86) folder and run Quicken. Quicken needs to be installed from a CD or by running the Quicken installation executable. If you don't have either, you won't be able to run Quicken. You might be able to use a program like Zinstall to move your current version but I've never used it.
